Introduction
This feature extends the regular Automatic Translation Service by enabeling the translation of multiple Stages, Questions and Answer Options at the same time. This feature is usually useful when extensive changes have been done in the Concept Board. You can access it through the Languages View and selecting the Bulk Translation option of the menu right beside the Add Language button.
Modal Window
Select the source language:
Select the source language for the translation (usually the master language). The default selection is the language selected in the first dropdown menu of the Languages View.
Which texts should be translated:
Specify wether you want to only fill out missing translations (not change existing translations) or translate all texts. If "All texts guide-wide" is selected and divergent translations for existing translations are found, You will still have the option to decide for each new translation if you want to keep the old or new text.
Select target languages:
Select the languages you want to be translated from the source language. It is possible to select each target language individually or select "All other languages" to select all languages of the guide excluding the source language.
Cancel/Confirm:
The cancel button will abort the process and nothing will be changed. The confirm button initiates the translation process. It is only pressable if at least one target language has been selected.
Pressing enter will initiate the translation process as well.
Once the translation process has been initialted, the missing texts of the target languages will be automatically filled with translations of the source language texts, as long as those exist. Otherwise, if "All texts guide-wide" is selected and divergent translations for existing translations are found, you will be shown the Conflict Solving Modal Window for each language individually.
